And our goal is to provide an incredible escape from your daily life that's still a strong value. Our vacation rental rates are based on four-person occupancy, we charge an additional $25 per night, per additional guest after that. We also charge a 12.5% USVI tax and a $225 per stay deep cleaning fee.
We have a minimum 5-night booking.
