We sweat all of the details to ensure you don't have to, because you're on a tropical beach vacation. We try to provide all the major amenities you expect in a vacation rental, as well as some of the ones you don't. And our goal is to provide an incredible escape from your daily life that's still a strong value. Most of our guests are repeat guests, and we think that says a lot about our property and the experience we provide. We'd love to host you on your next trip to our little island paradise.

Rates
Our vacation rental rates are based on four-person occupancy, we charge an additional $25 per night, per additional guest after that. We also charge a 12.5% USVI tax and a $75 per stay deep cleaning fee.
We have a minimum 5-night booking.
Low Season Nightly Rate (May 1 to November 30) $495
High Season Nightly Rate (December 1 to April 30) $595
Xmas and New Years Weeks Nightly Rate $725
